Shipping Info: Orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly to ensure smooth delivery of your order.
Return Policy: All returns, exchanges and refund requests must be made within 30 days of order ship date.

Vinyl records cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to the delicate nature of the records and the covers, which are very easily damaged in transit, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Vinyl.

If you have received a faulty or damaged record, please email our warehouse (orders@artistfirst.com.au) and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
